BELFAST —The Belfast Police Department reported one registration violation, one inspection violation, and the following recent activity.

Aug. 19
Joseph M. Chamberlain, 25, of Belfast, summoned for operating after suspension.

Aug. 17
Tyler E. Batty, 36, of Belfast, arrested and summoned for violating conditions of release and criminal mischief.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
