Gail Curtis, 36, of Stockton Springs, Feb, 9, 2020, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, probation partially revoked, probation continued, no sentence imposed; Nov. 7, 2020, violating condition of release, unconditional discharge.

Stephen M. Powers, 47, of Prospect, OUI (alcohol) discharged; operating vehicle without license, discharged; driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.

Thomas M. Frost, 25, of Swanville, reckless conduct, $250 fine.

Justin Pomeroy, 27, of Albion, March 12, 2020, indecent conduct, $200 fine; March 13, 2020, indecent conduct, $200 fine, all suspended; March 14, 2020, indecent conduct, $200 fine, all suspended; March 17, 2020, indecent conduct, $200 fine, all suspended; March 18, 2020, indecent conduct, $200 fine, all suspended.

Robert J. Sears, 29, of Bangor, operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; violating condition of release, discharged; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

Desiree V. Gerrior, 40, of Unity, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

James D. St. Pierre, 31, of Bangor, domestic violence terrorizing, nine months in jail, all but seven days suspended, stayed until Oct. 1, one year’s probation.

Barbara Edmunds, 76, of Searsmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Brian Perkins, 44, of Unity, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine.

Mandy Marie Mosher, 32, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail , all suspended, two years’ probation.

Brenden G. Young, 16, of Frankfort, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Matthew Small, 34, of Fairfield, violating protection from abuse order, 10 days in jail, stayed until Sept. 3; violating protection from abuse order, discharged.

Matthew Sylvester, 31, of Fort Fairfield, operating after registration suspended, $150 fine.

Neto Walber Verissimo Da Silva, 24, of Quincy, Mass., operating vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

Donovan I. Williamson, 23, of Belfast, June 11, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine; operating vehicle without a license, $150 fine; June 13, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

Maria Connors, 33, of Searsport, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
