BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Aug. 26 and Sept 9.

Albert Russell, 37, of Belfast, June 19, 2020, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail, stayed until Sept. 10; Aug. 21, 2020, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail, stayed until Oct. 1, 2021; violating protection from abuse order, 45 days in jail, stayed until Oct. 1; violating condition of release, 45 days in jail, stayed until Oct. 1; June 26, 2020, violating condition of release, dismissed; Oct 13, 2020, violating condition of release, 45 days in jail, stayed until Oct. 1; May 29, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail, stayed until Oct. 1; June 19, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail, stayed until Oct. 1.

James D. St. Pierre, 31, of Bangor, domestic violence terrorizing, nine months in jail, all but seven days suspended, one year’s probation.

Jesse Sawyer, 37, of Rockport, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; illegal importation of scheduled drugs, two years in jail, all suspended, two years’ probation; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; illegal importation of scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Nathan McClure IV, 41, of Monroe, OUI (alcohol) $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine; operating vehicle without license, dismissed.

Richard Peavey Jr., 46, of Montville, June 3, violating protective order, 300 days in jail; June 6, violating protection from abuse order, 300 days in jail; violating condition of release, six months in jail; July 27, violating condition of release, six months in jail.

Wyatt James Staples, 21, of Morrill, motor vehicle speeding: 30+ miles over speed limit, $400 fine.

Matthew Sylvester, 31, of Fort Fairfield, operating after registration suspended, $150 fine.

Christopher Cutliffe, 47, of Bangor, domestic violence criminal threatening, priors DV, 10 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Joseph Frost, 43, of Belmont, OUI (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, dismissed.
