Gerrier, 40, of Northport, July 18,, 2020, attaching false plates, 48 hours in jail, stayed until Oct. 22; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, all suspended, 48 hours in jail, stayed until Oct. 22; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in jail, all but three months suspended, stayed until Oct. 22; Sept. 1, 2020, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail, stayed until Oct. 22, two years’ probation, $600 restitution; Oct. 8, 2020, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, all suspended, 30 days in jail, stayed until Oct. 22; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail, stayed until Oct 22; Dec. 11, 2020, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail, stayed until Oct. 22; April 10, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail, stayed until Oct. 22.

Jason D Trefethen, 43, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, unconditional discharge.

Hunter Brown, 20, of Canaan, March 14, motor vehicle speeding 30+ MPH over speed limit, 48 hours in jail; April 4, motor vehicle speeding 30+ MPH over speed limit, 48 hours in jail.

Elizabeth Marie Kilby, 40, of Belfast, unlawful possession of heroin, $400 fine, four months in jail, stayed until Oct. 22; unlawful possession of cocaine base, priors, dismissed; unlawful possession of methamphetamine, priors, dismissed.

Mackay W. Cousins, operating vehicle without license, priors, dismissed.

Ryan Smart, 41, of Belfast, criminal trespass.

Richard Duffy, 56, of Unity, keeping dangerous dog, $200 fine; keeping unlicensed dog, $200 fine; violation of rabies prevention, chapter 720, $50 fine.

Joseph Golden, 51, of St. Albans, trafficking tobacco in adult correctional facility, 48 hours in jail.
