BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Sept. 23 and Sept. 30.

Amanda L. Bedard, 35, of Bangor, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Stephanie C. Coutu, 27, of Waterville, April 12, 2018, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, four months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; Aug. 16, failure to report, 60 days in jail.

Dustin A. Caron, 28, of Lewiston, fishing without valid license, $100 fine.

Brittany J. Heath, 29, of Troy, June 9, 2020, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, nine months in jail with all but two days suspended, one year’s probation; Oct. 30, 2020, violating condition of release, unconditional discharge.

Joshua D. Solebello, 40, of Belfast, OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; endangering the welfare of a child, dismissed.

Gregory A. Stevens, 25, of Swanville, Aug 6, 2020, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail, stayed until Dec. 27; attaching false plates, seven days in jail, stayed until Dec. 27; violating condition of release, seven days in jail, stayed until Dec. 27; July 8, 2020, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Lily M. Crawford, 24, of Corinth, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed.

Allen J. Farrington, 59, of Monroe, OUI (alcohol), 48 hours in jail, stayed until Oct 15, license suspended 150 days.

Michael Paquin, 51, of Belfast, Oct. 21, 2020, OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, two days in jail, license suspended 150 days; driving to endanger, dismissed; Oct. 25, 2020, domestic violence assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; Jan. 12, violating condition of release, dismissed; Jan. 19, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Crystal Philbrook, 40, of Dixmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Ricky L. Seekins, 49, of Brooks, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, dismissed; possession of hypodermic apparatus, dismissed; displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, dismissed.
