Maria Connors, 33, of Swanville, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Stephen E. Boyle, 50, of Northport, Aug. 9, 2019, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, six months in jail, stayed until Dec. 31; Sept. 14, 2020, unlawful possession of heroin, dismissed; unlawful possession of methamphetamine, dismissed; illegal possession of firearm, six months in jail, stayed until Dec. 31; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; Nov. 5, 2020, violating condition of release, 10 days in jail, stayed until Dec. 31; Jan. 2, violating condition of release, 10 days in jail, stayed until Dec. 31; Dec. 17, 2020, burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail, stayed until Dec. 31; violating condition of release, dismissed; Dec. 30, 2020, burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail, stayed until Dec. 31.

Darren J. Labbe, 56, of Brooks, unlawful sexual contact, dismissed.

Jason D. Ames, 36, of Northport, OUI (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 120 days in jail, all but 15 days suspended, stayed until Dec. 1, one year’s probation, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Derri M. Lucas, 45, of Knox, assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

Joshua Stacey, 40, of Jackson, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, six months in jail, stayed until Jan. 3, 2022.

Raymond Pomeroy Jr., 36, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Jason Perry, 43, of Maine, forgery, dismissed.

Arthur R. Rich, 57, of Rockport, theft by unauthorized use of property, dismissed.

Thomas R. White, 77, London, Ontario, Canada, May 13, 2004, operating after suspension, dismissed; Aug. 7, 2004, failure to appear in court on criminal summons, dismissed.
