NEWCASTLE — Lincoln County Television will continue to livestream home basketball games for Medomak Valley High School and Lincoln Academy this winter, but the station also will include high school and/or middle school games that involve Midcoast court squads from Belfast, Camden Hills, Oceanside and Vinalhaven.

Besides livestreaming games, the station also will broadcast varsity home games MVHS and LA on Spectrum/Tidewater Channel 7 in Lincoln County.

“We know how popular our livestreams were last year, so this year we’re tripling the number of livestream games for friends and family,” said Larry Sidelinger, LCTV board president. “And for the first time, we will broadcast live 23 nights of boys and girls varsity basketball on Channel 7.”

Lincoln County Television broadcasts on Spectrum/Tidewater 7 and LCTV.org as Lincoln County’s non-profit public access and community television station. The station presents government meetings, educational programs, community events, and original weekly, monthly and special shows for Lincoln County residents.
