Hello All,

Another week has passed. Where does the time go? It is spitting snow outside, and I guess we are supposed to get another inch today. We just had a snowstorm, guessing 4 inches this time. Rain is forecast for the present weekend on Saturday. The wild birds are hitting the feeders hard. I have cardinals and all kinds of birds.

Wreaths Across America Unity

On School Street. It’s on Saturday, Dec. 18, at 11 a.m. at the cemetery by the credit union. Public invited as they lay wreaths. Mel is looking for people as flag holders. Also hoping to represent each branch of the military service.

As clerk of the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Freedom, I make sure we send two wreaths to remember the Thurston Family, Clair Sr., Clair Jr. and Agnes Thurston. They are all buried at West Point Cemetery in New York. A nice time to remember them.

Florida wedding

Congratulations to Courtney Abbott and Blake Trueber on your recent wedding at the Grand Floridian Resort at Walt Disney World in Orlando. I saw the beautiful pictures of the wedding on her mom, Cindy’s, Facebook she shared. May you have many years together.

Get well

I hope that those suffering from a tick disease or Lyme disease get better soon. Antibiotics to the rescue. Ticks have been too plentiful, sadly.

Birthday

Happy birthday on Dec. 12  to my brother Roger Jr. “Gene” Drew. May you have a great day.

Phone call

I talked with Karen DeBlois Cyr the other night. Good to hear from her.

Until next time,

Please stay safe. Be warm. Pay it forward to someone, it means a lot to people. Help someone less fortunate. It’s nearly Christmas. Above all, BE KIND!!
