Donovan O. Conary, 24, of Belfast, criminal mischief, 120 days in jail, probation revoked; criminal trespass, five days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, five days in jail.

David L. Channell, 64, of Troy, OUI (alcohol), dismissed.

Clara A. Alvarez, 60, of Freedom, failure to operate watercraft at prudent speed, dismissed.
