BELFAST — Belfast Police Department reported two registration violations, one inspection violation and the following recent activity.
Jan. 16
Tyler Batty, 36, of Belfast, summoned for violating conditions of release, operating after suspension and driving to endanger.
Jan. 14
Kathleen Winslow, 36, with no known town of residence, summoned for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug, criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.
Jan. 12
Amanda K. Batty, 37, of Belfast, summoned for permitting unlawful use.
Jan. 11
Shannon Small, 44, of Searsport, summoned for unlawful possession of schedule W drug and operating after revocation.
Jeffrey W. Rumney, 54, of Belfast, summoned for operating under the influence with one prior and operating without a license.
Jan. 10
Daniel Therrien, 35, of Belfast, arrested on a warrant on a charge of domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.
Meisha Rice, 39, of Belfast, arrested on a warrant on a charge of two counts of criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.
Brandon McDowell, 41, of Cambridge, Mass., arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of operating under the infuence.
Crystal Philbrook, 40, of Belfast, summoned for aggravated trafficking of scheduled drug and violating conditions of release for an incident on Nov. 20, 2021.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
