BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Jan. 14 and 20.

Sarah Hopkins, 58, of Winterport, June 5, 2020, domestic violence assault, dismissed; Aug. 17, 2020, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Peter David McGowan, 57, of Searsmont, OUI (alcohol) – no test, one prior, $900 fine, all suspended, 364 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, stayed untilJan. 15, 2021, one year’s probation, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Adam Lee Barnes, 35, of Detroit, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but four months suspended, two years’ probation.

Carlton Elliott, 32, of Augusta, Aug. 10, 2020, criminal mischief, 21 days in Knox County jail, stayed until Feb. 7; Aug. 17, 2020, violating condition of release; Oct. 11, 2020, violating protection from abuse order, 364 days in Knox County jail, all but six months suspended, stayed until Feb. 7, one year’s probation; Oct. 11, 2020, violating condition of release, 21 days in Knox County jail, stayed until Feb. 7; Oct. 15, 2020, violating protection from abuse order, 21 days in Knox County jail, stayed  until Feb. 7; Oct. 15, 2020, violating condition of release, 21 days in Waldo County jail, stayed until Feb. 7.

Patrick McMullin, 24, of Howland, littering, $100 fine.

Leslie C. Bragdon, 71, of Blue Hill, illegal transportation of animal or bird, $100 fine.
