The first organizational meeting of the Town Charter Commission will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, March 28, at the Freedom Town Office Annex. Candidates for the commission will be voted on at the town election Friday, March 11. All six commission “seats” up for election are uncontested, but exercise the franchise anyway and come out to vote for these candidates. There are other races on the ballot, as well.

The annual town meeting will be held Saturday, March 12, at Mount View High School at 10 am. I hope to see you there!
