Hello All,

It is another week closer to spring. Yes, I’m counting the days. I bet some of you are, too. I hope everyone has been escaping the COVID virus. Feel better soon if you are sick. If you have a birthday, happy birthday!! Seems like we just get shoveled out and bam, another small snowfall lands.

Paying for gas at the pump and heating oil has been rough on many people. Prices keep climbing.

Service

The service for Kayla Ingraham will be at Freedom Congregational Church on Saturday, March 26, at 1 p.m. Come share a memory of her with the family.

Sap time

I hear the maple sap is running. Kinney’s Sugarhouse is open when they are there. Call 568-7576. Organic Maple Sugar products.

Sympathy

Our condolences to the family and friends of Ben Ard. He sadly passed away March 3. May he rest in peace. He was down in Florida.

Knox town meeting

On Saturday, April 9, at 10 a.m. at Mount View High School.

Local rabies clinic

At VFW Post 3108 in Belfast on Saturday, March 19, 9-11 a.m.

Girl Scout cookies

The orders have been sent in. If you didn’t order, I’m sure they will set up and be selling them like last year. We got some in Unity.

In Boston

Lacey and Jeremy Cunningham and boys Chance and Sawyer are at the Children’s Hospital. Sawyer has his second stem cell transplant. They have an apartment for them and Chance, and because of COVID cannot be all together, so are taking turns with the boys. Let’s keep them in our prayers as they take on this journey. Get well, Sawyer, very soon. Much love to all. Be thankful if you are healthy.

Until next time,

Be safe and be well. And always BE KIND.
