BELFAST — Waterfall Arts’ Fireside Chats continue Wednesday, March 23, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. around the front lawn firepit at 256 High St. The hosts will start the storytelling with tales of their experiences on the water.

Hosts this month are Nicolle Littrell, Joanne Moesswilde, Susan Cutting and Nneka Oliphant from Come Boating!, which provides educational boating related programs that preserve and broaden the maritime heritage shared by the community and strengthen the connection to the sea. Littrell also owns DoryWoman Rowing and offers rowing lessons and guided tours of Belfast Bay and the Passagassawakeag River in a traditional-style wooden dory boat with a licensed Maine Guide.

Bring your stories about boating adventures (or misadventures!) — sailing, rowing, kayaking, or playing on or near the water in Maine or elsewhere! When was the last time you were messing about in a boat? How have you been transformed by an outdoor experience on the water?

Fireside Chats are free for all ages. Storytelling is for everyone, no rehearsals or auditions required.
