BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between March 25 and 31.

Tyson S. Servisky, 34, of Searsport, March 22, 2020, violating condition of release, nine months in prison, probation revoked; March 20, operating after habitual offender revocation, one prior, $1,000 fine, nine months in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Laurel A. Hubbard, 58, of Amherst, N.H., violating protection from abuse order, $500 fine.

Katie E. Johnson, 43, of Lincolnville, tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed.

Frank J. Maddocks, 50, of Appleton, OUI (dugs or combo), $700 fine, 48 hours in jail, stayed until April 8, license suspended 150 days; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Gerald David Gustafson, 58, of Searsport, OUI (alcohol), injury or death, priors, dismissed; operating vehicle without license-conditional/restricted, dismissed; OUI (alcohol), no test, two priors, $1,400 fine, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, stayed until April 8, two years’ probation, license suspended six years.

Megan R. Leary, 32, of Searsport, May 27, 2021, unlawful possession of fentanyl power, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 10 days in jail, stayed until March 30.

Jeremy C. Bennett, 33, of Brooks, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 24 hours in jail.

Jamie L. Lavin, 52, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.

Dillon Haight, 27, of Troy, threatening display of weapon, 48 hours in jail, stayed until April 1; assault, $750 fine, 48 hours in jail, stayed until April 1.

Matthew Wood, 37, of Union, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Darnell Proctor, 39, of Searsmont, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Steven Proctor, 31, of Swanville, violating condition of release, dismissed.
