BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between April 1 and 7.

Scott F. Mosher, 54, of Waldo, theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed.

Gregory A. Steven Jr., 26, of Swanville, aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed; aggravated assault, dismissed; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, dismissed; obstructing report of a crime, dismissed.

Glenn Brown, 68, of Benton, murder, life in prison, restitution of $17,209.20; murder, life in prison.

Robert Vellaro, 45, of Belmont, Sept. 26, 2020, unlawful possession of heroin, $400 fine, 18 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended, stayed until April 11, two years’ probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail, stayed until April 11; Jan. 26, 2021, criminal trespass, dismissed; April 22, 2021, violating condition of release, 10 days in jail, stayed until April 11; Aug. 16, 2021, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, $400 fine, 30 days in jail, stayed until April 11.

Harold Enman, 53, of Livermore Falls, OUI (alcohol), $1,000 fine, license suspended 150 days; operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

William F. Atwood, 45, of Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Rodney Turner, 53, of Montville, March 8, 2021, theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed; July 6, /2020, OUI (drugs or combo), one prior, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; attaching false plates, dismissed; March 2, 2021, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, dismissed; attaching false plates, dismissed.

Gerald David Gustafson, 58, of Searsport, OUI (alcohol), no test, two priors, $1,400 fine, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, stayed until April 22, two years’ probation, license suspended six years.

Thomas Thomas II, 46, of Monroe, domestic violence assault, dismissed; violating protection from abuse order, 30 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; operating vehicle without a license, dismissed; domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail.

Thomas L. Martin, 49, of Liberty, fraudulently obtaining license or permit,$200 fine.

Nicholas Parker, 34, of Belmont, failing to report, dismissed.

Michael A. Gagne, 34 of Montville, violating fishing rule, $100 fine.
