Edward R. Mylen III, 42, of Bangor, operating meth laboratory, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Joshua M. Perry, 40, of Belfast, March 21, 2016, theft by deception, probation continued, no sentence imposed; July 20, 2018, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

Stephen M. Browne, 35, of Winterport, OUI (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

William Edward Theus Hiley, 48, of Washington, D.C., OUI (drugs or combo), no test, dismissed.

Mark E. Allen Jr., 48, of Hampden, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Kathleen Flynn, 55, of Thomaston, criminal trespass, dismissed.

Jeffrey W. Rumney, 54, of Belfast, July 12, 2021, domestic violence terrorizing, 21 days in jail, probation partially revoked; Jan. 11, 2011, OUI (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 14 days suspended, one year’s probation, license suspended three years.

Jacob S. Gregory, 21, of Bar Harbor,Aug. 18, 2021, motor vehicle speeding 30 mph over speed limit, $500 fine, OUI (alcohol), no test, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; operating vehicle without license-conditional/restricted, dismissed; violating condition of release, unconditional discharge; minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

Joshua W. Gross, 47, of Morrill, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but 10 days suspended, two years’ probation; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.

Zachary S. Haley, 25, of Knox, gross sexual assault, 12 years in prison, all but four years suspended; gross sexual assault, four years in prison.

John L. Phillips, 43, of Enfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.

Devon Danforth, 23, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed.

Ann Marie Rovito, 54, of Liberty, domestic violence assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 72 hours in jail.

Ronnie R. Parker, 37, of Winterport, domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed; criminal mischief, 72 hours in jail.

Robert W. Day, 57, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; attaching false plates, $150 fine.

Zachary Rogers, 41, of Hope, domestic violence assault, priors DV, dismissed.

Jason Lenfest, Nov. 1, 2021, operating after habitual offender revocation, one prior, $1,000 fine, six months in jail, stayed until April 29; Nov. 14, 2021, operating after habitual offender revocation, one prior, $1,000 fine, all suspended, six months in jail, stayed until April 29.
