BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between April 15 and 21.

Tyler D. Cherry, 23, of Swanville, tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed.

Raqwan Ryant, 22, of Brooklyn, N.Y., aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, all $400, five years in prison, criminal forfeiture of property to state system, criminal forfeiture of property to state system, criminal forfeiture of property to state system.

Michael Wayne White, 53, of Searsport, domestic violence assault, priors DV, two years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation.

Joseph W. Tripp, 30, of Monroe, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, 180 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended, stayed until June 24, admin release sentence one year.

Joshua Michael Pomeroy, 33, of Stockton Springs, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.

Henry Spaulding Jr., 33, of Stockton Springs, operating vehicle without license, dismissed.

Cameron Marden, 19, of Frankfort, operating vehicle without license, $100 fine.

Heidi A. Winchenbach, 37, of Appleton, operating vehicle with expired temporary registration, $100 fine.
