MORRILL — Harold Brian Tower, 64, passed away unexpectedly May 31, 2022, at Waldo County General Hospital. Born in Belfast July 20, 1957, he was the son of Cliff and Inez Tower.

In addition to his parents, Harold was predeceased by siblings Sonny Tower, Paul Tower, Christine Wilson and Deanna Tower.

He is survived by his loving wife, Dawn Tower, who he would have been with for 45 years this August. He is also survived by his loving daughter Stephanie Towns, husband Larry and grandson Danny, who affectionately always called him Didda; and his siblings, Ronnie Tower, Joanne Smith, Brenda Olszewski and Jeannette Frost.  He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Phyllis Grotton, and other in-laws, Ken and Gloria Seekins, Donald Grotton Jr., Douglas Grotton and Wanda Grotton. There are countless nieces and nephews who will miss his laughter as well.

Harold always enjoyed fishing and spending time with family. He loved his dog Cody and was so happy to have his garage up and loved tinkering on any project. He would never miss a storm on the water and would watch them for hours. He was the bravest and strongest of all of us, had the best sense of humor and always made everybody laugh and feel better, because his was the best laugh ever. No matter how bad he was feeling, he would never fail to ask how you were doing. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, at Grove Cemetery in Belfast. Memories and condolences may be shared at ripostafh.com.
