Hello All,

Well we got some much-needed rain. Today has been rather nice out there. The birds were chirping early and tonight. I keep feeding them. Love to see what kinds show up. So peaceful to watch them though. Seen a few wild turkeys and geese. An occasional deer.

School is out

Mount View kids are out for the summer. Have a fun and safe summer to all.

Two moms having fun

Ashley Duclos, aka unicorn, and Christina Sullivan, aka flamingo, in their blow-up outfits went to Mount View today and had some fun with their kids. And from what I saw, many other kids loved the parade they did on the back of a pickup, picking up their kids from school. An air horn maybe, megaphone and color bombs may have been used, too. All in style for the kids. It was on Facebook, and I thought rather cute. Have fun kids!!

Strawberries

The season may be coming earlier, June 14 at Raven’s Berry Farm in Freedom. Call 382-6329 for picking times. The price is $2.50 a pound and cash only, 127 Raven Road.

Sympathy

Our heartfelt condolences to the family of Gerald Fowler who has passed away. He was the youngest of the siblings.

It was very sad to hear that Karen Bowen passed away during surgery to donate a kidney to her son. Thinking of Brad and family at this time.
