Happy birthday to Brian Simmons on Sept. 15.

Morrill Community Market

Sept. 9 was the last Friday of the Morrill Community Market. Beginning Sept. 24, the market moves to Saturday mornings at the Allgrove Homestead, 117 Weymouth Road, or another location to be announced. Bring your cash or items for barter for a great variety of local food and goods. A new offering: Boaz coffee — coffee with a mission (boazcoffe.com).

Two Daughters sea salt is back in stock with new varieties of seasoned salts including rosemary, dill and basil, and they now come in two sizes. Organic raw milk is available, as well as local, pasture-raised pork and a variety of local veggies, herbs and flowers from farms around the area.

Clothes and books have been restocked; thank you to everyone that brought donations! Take time to check out the free clothes and books for kids and adults, and the market is still accepting donations for ongoing clothing and book swaps.

The Morrill Community Market is every second and fourth weekend, cash or barter. Look for signs when the next market is and where it will be located.

If you have anything coming up and would like to have it in your column, please email me. I would love to hear from you.

Hope you all have a wonderful week and weekend. I think of you all and hi to all of you. Hope you all stay healthy and you all have a great time with your family and friends.
