BELFAST — Members of the Belfast Lions Club and other area residents enjoyed clear weather for their annual walk across Veterans Memorial Bridge, remembering those who died Sept. 11, 2001, during the terrorist attacks on the two World Trade Center towers, the Pentagon, and in a fourth hijacked plane that crashed in a Pennsylvania field.
