Islesboro Select Board says thank you

The Islesboro Select Board issued a signed tribute to Rep. Vicki Doudera at their meeting Dec. 7, thanking her for her four years of service to the island. Select Board Member Donna Seymour presented the framed sentiment, as well as a nautical chart pillow of the island, to Doudera in Camden Dec. 14.

Bearing the town’s official seal, the tribute mentions Doudera’s energy, compassion, and communication skills, and lists specific times she helped the island’s residents. Due to redistricting, Doudera no longer represents Islesboro, and says she will definitely miss being their voice in Augusta but will remain their lifelong friend.
