Journal Letter: Spread that message

Thank you for the Dec. 22 publication of the excellent letter to the editor by Sidney Block.

He reminded our fellow Americans very clearly and eloquently that we have a “sacred” interconnection and responsibility to one another as citizens of this great republic and that democracy cannot sustain itself without that determined commitment.

I hope your readers will take his letter to heart and spread that message far and wide.
