St. Pierre, 32, of Belfast, domestic violence terrorizing, five months in jail, probation revoked; 9/6/2021, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed, unlawful possession of fentanyl powder, dismissed, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, dismissed; 11/03/2021, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, 18 months in prison, all suspended, probation two years, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, 18 months in prison, all suspended, probation two years.

Albert Russell, 38, of Belfast, 04/10/2021, aggravated criminal trespass, probation partially revoked, probation continued, no sentence imposed; 9/12/2022, attaching false plates, $150 fine, suspended $150, operating while license suspended or revoked, $259 fine.

Jere L. Waterman, 50, of Orono, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison, all but two years suspended, stayed until 4/23/2023, probation three years.

Judy L. Waterman, 54, of Orono, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years, six months in prison, all but one year, six months suspended, stayed until 4/23/2023, probation three years.

John E. Drew, 37, of Unity, possess sexual explicit material of minor under 12, two years, six months in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years probation.

Adam A. Daggett, 40, of Lincolnville, 7/11/2022, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, seven days in jail, stayed until 6/21/2023, assault, dismissed, assault, dismissed, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, seven days in jail, stayed until 6/21/2023, violating condition of release, seven days in jail, stayed until 6/21/2023; 11/5/2022, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, seven days in jail, stayed until 6/21/2023, violating condition of release, seven days in jail, stayed until 6/21/2023.

Benjamin W. Staples, 29, of Searsmont, domestic violence assault, $500 fine, domestic violence terrorizing, $500 fine.

John R. Gorham, 36, of Islesboro, domestic violence assault, dismissed.
