BELFAST — Lori LeBlanc offers a sound healing journey Sunday, Jan. 22, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Belfast Dance Studio & Center For Embodiment, 109 High St.

This is an invitation to experience a variety of unusual and primitive sounds. Tibetan singing bowls, drums, flutes and other natural objects will be woven together to create a sacred soundscape for meditation and healing. These deep harmonic vibrations support the body’s desire to heal and restore its innate balance and well-being. Participants will be lying down or sitting comfortably during this one hour event. Yoga mats and blankets are available, or you are welcome to bring your own. LeBlanc recommends bringing an eye pillow to support you in turning inward.

LeBlanc is a sound healer, drummer and licensed massage therapist since 1994, certified in polarity therapy, biosonic repatterning and Tibetan singing bowl therapy.

The fee for this adult event is $20 and registration is required. For information and to register, email, call 207-208-7492 or visit Lori7bowls on Instagram.
