LINCOLNVILLE — At a special town meeting Jan. 12, Lincolnville residents approved over $11,000 in town repair and maintenance projects that were not included in the 2022-23 budget.

A total of 21 residents attended the meeting, held in the Town Office. After electing Samantha Mank as moderator, the group gave unanimous approval to three maintenance articles in the special warrant.

Also approved was $2,500 to repair recreational floats at Breezemere Park and $2,941 for resurfacing the town’s tennis courts, located at Lincolnville Central School.

Funding for all three projects will be provided through the town’s share of the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds, also known as the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

The next regular meeting of the Lincolnville Select Board will be held Monday, Jan. 23, at the Town Office.
