The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Jan. 9 and Jan. 12, 2023:

Valicia M. Roy, 50, of Etna, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, violating condition of release, $250 fine, $250 suspended.

Jill K. Jones Carter, 43, of Penobscot, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail, all suspended, administrative release sentence six months.

Bart A. Langley, 56, of Hermon, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison, all suspended, probation three years.

Jon Dow, 62, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed, domestic violence assault, 48 hours in jail.

Steven L. Kenney, 66, of Brooks, 1/26/2021,OUI (alcohol), dismissed, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; 5/2/2022, violating condition of release, unconditional discharge.

Michael P. Benjamin, 38, of Swanville, violating condition of release, $500 fine, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit, $500 fine.

Daimen L. Ingraham, 41, of Knox, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison, all but five days suspended, probation two years, restitution $4,000, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five days in jail.

Thomas J. Sullivan, 62, of Searsport, 2/17/2022, impersonating a public servant, dismissed;10/3/2022, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit, $500 fine, violating condition of release, $150 fine.

Kaycee Hamilton, 28, of Biddeford, failure to register vehicle.

Carey Love Newman, 46, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Adam M. Chaples, 41, of Morrill, OUI (alcohol) no test, one prior, dismissed.

Skylar Moody, 21, of Searsport, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph  over speed limit, $500 fine.

Levi A. Westover, 29, of Belfast, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed.

Lisa M. Geel, 38, of Winterport, domestic violence assault, dismissed.
