Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of July 21 and July 27.

5th District Court

Thomas A. Emery, 23, of Medway, gross sexual assault, Waldo County Jail 15 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Criminal Docket

Daniel Armstrong, 38, of Northport, operating after habitual offender revocation, with two prior, dismissed.

John F. Barnett, 20, of Whitinsville, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Joseph M. Butler, 44, of Searsmont, violating protection from abuse order, Waldo County Jail 48 hours.

Bristol Pedro M. Delgado, 33, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.

Duane F. Edgecomb, 46, of Searsmont, failing to produce permit, $50 fine.

Eugene B. Flagg Jr. 56, of Belfast, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, Waldo County Jail 48 hours, license suspended 150 days.

David A. Giguere, 51, of Jackson, burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine; criminal mischief, $250 fine, $20 restitution.

Valerie L. Hall, 36, of Belfast, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Shanna Harvey, 31, of Stockton Springs, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Amanda Hayes, 38, of Knox, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $500 fine; failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, dismissed.

Montana S. Jabre, 22, of Lincolnville, operating vehicle without license $100 fine.

David W. Knowlton, 53, of Swanville, domestic violence assault, Department of Corrections 297 days, probation revoked; operating methamphetamine laboratory, $400 fine, Department of Corrections four years, all but 14 months suspended, probation three years; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Joshua S. Libby, 33, of Liberty, domestic violence assault, dismissed; domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.

Olivia Lovejoy, 17, of Northport, motor vehicle speeding more than 30-plus mph over the speed limit, dismissed.

Daniel Marchand, 52, of Gloucester, operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.

Kenneth A. McLellan, 19, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Brandon M. Oxton, 34, of Northport, violation of rabies prevention, Chapter 720, $50 fine; keeping unlicensed dog, $50 fine.

Michael A. Ripley, 26, of Belfast, terrorizing, Waldo County Jail five days, stayed until Aug. 11.

Nicholas T. Ripley, 19, of Belfast, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

Lee Dan Silva, 34, of Bangor, violating protection from abuse order, dismissed; harassment, Waldo County Jail seven days; violating condition of release Waldo County Jail seven days; violation of protective order, Waldo County Jail seven days.

Christopher L. Webber Sr., 34, of Swanville, fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
