Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of Dec. 21 and Jan. 4

Jennifer Beal, 20, of Swanville, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

Lincoln H. Bither, 22, of Knox, night hunting, dismissed; unlawful possession of gift deer, $300 fine.

Prescott Peter Brackett, 27, of Thomaston, unlawful use of migratory game birds-hunt, $300 fine.

Jessica Cutliffe, 38, of Belfast, motor vehicle speeding more than 30 mph over speed limit, Waldo County Jail 48 hours; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; possessing suspended drivers license, dismissed; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail 48 hours.

Dylan Hopkins, 29, of Brooks, assault, $300 fine.

Bradford Eaton, 27, of Brewer, criminal mischief, $300 fine, $625 restitution.

Brad Fitzpatrick, 43, of Winslow, discharge firearm or crossbow near dwelling, $200 fine; exceeding bag limit on wild turkey, $500 fine.

Richard Glauben Jr., 70 of Knox, shooting from motor vehicle, $250 fine.

Charles Graffam, 74, of Saco, abuse of property while hunting, $100 fine.

Jasmine Greenleaf, 36, of Belfast, enter or cause a projectile to enter a place illegally, $100 fine.

Joel M. Grondin, 51, of Dayton, hunting with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange, $100 fine.

Stuart C. Haaf, 31, of Searsport, failure to inform law enforcement of concealed handgun, $100 fine.

Drew William Higgins, 36, of Point Arena, Calif., motor vehicle speeding more than 30 mph over the speed limit, dismissed.

Christine Nichols, 48, of Winslow, false registration of wild turkey, $100 fine.

Darlene Lynn Peabody, 46, of Jackson, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $500 fine; failure to stop, remain, provide information, $250 fine.

Tyrone M. Saunders, 48, of Brooklyn, N.Y., fugitive from justice, dismissed.

Silas Stimpson, 18, of Belfast, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

Devon Walsh, 22, of Brooks, furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine; allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, dismissed.

Melinda J. Way, 41, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Department of corrections three years , all but six months suspended, probation two years, $3,504.11 restitution.

Sonya Whitcomb, 20, of Belfast, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

Reginald O. Wentworth, 75, of Montville, placing bait to entice deer, $200 fine.

Caleb M. Woodward, 25, of Knox, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $500 fine.
