Dairy Queen to donate a portion of July 25 Blizzard sales to hospital

Thursday, July 25, is Miracle Treat Day at participating Dairy Queen locations in Maine and New Hampshire, including the stores at 34 Park St., Rockland, and 23 Belmont Ave., Belfast. On that day, Dairy Queen will donate at least $1 of every Blizzard sold to The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital, a member of the Children's Miracle Network of hospitals.

For the last 35 years, Dairy Queen has been dedicated to helping kids treated at CMN hospitals through fundraising efforts, including Miracle Treat Day, Free Cone Day and the Miracle Balloon campaign. Since 2004, Dairy Queen locations in Maine and New Hampshire have raised $168,197 for BBCH.
