A reminder for the summer Thursdays in Thorndike for the flea market. I have noticed some of the items that are out there on tables and it looks like an interesting mixture of things. Come check it out on Thursdays starting at 9 a.m. Enjoy a day in the country.

Papa Dixon visited with Dustin recently and they had a great time swapping stories and eating tortilla chips and salsa. Dustin thoroughly enjoys his visits.

Donnie Bagley was a patient at Inland Hospital recently. I will keep folks updated.

I am so thankful that hazy, hot and humid weather has taken a break. It took me all day to get two hours worth of work done outside. Now, maybe I will have time to get caught up before the next blast of humidity.

I have finished eating radishes for this year. Now I am enjoying tomatoes, cukes and zucchini. My sunflowers are amazing, also.
