Waldo County closed cases
Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between Dec. 25, 2020, and Jan. 07, 2021:
Wayne Lawrence, 41, of Belfast, criminal threatening, dismissed; obstructing report of crime, dismissed; terrorizing, dismissed; domestic violence assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed.
Christopher Cutliffe, 46, of Bangor, domestic violence criminal threatening, priors DV, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked.
Theodore D. Harris, 22, of Winterport, Sept. 24, 2019, criminal mischief, 364 days in jail, all suspended, probation one year, restitution $5,164.41; Sept. 12, 2020, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; Aug. 6, 2020, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Krystal A. Robbins, 28, of Brooks, Feb. 18, 2020, theft by unauthorized use of property, seven days in jail, stayed Feb. 24; July 2, 2020, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $100 fine, six months in jail, stayed until Feb. 24; Sept. 1, 2020, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail, stayed until Feb. 24.
Troy E. Bryant, 28, of Belfast, June 23, 2020,operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail, stayed until Feb. 5; June 11, 2020, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail, stayed until Feb. 5, restitution $200.
Cameron A. Dana, 24, of Owls Head, escape, nine months and 1 day in prison.
Donald H. Resh Jr., 45, of Searsport, Dec. 31, 2020, violating condition of release, seven days in jail, stayed until Jan 11; operating while license suspended or revoked, $500; Oct 6, 2020, violating condition of release, seven days in jail, stayed until Jan. 11.
