A whimsical three bedroom 1933 cottage-style home with sweet accents throughout. Although many original features remain intact - such as the French doors, wood floors, a fine stairway with polished wood banisters and rails, and a detached barn once used for livery - the current owner has updated many features to preserve the home for many years to come. Since her purchase, she has replaced the roof, updated the siding, and replaced the furnace and windows, just.to name a few. The basement is spacious and dry with a root cellar, storage, and workshop area. The zoning allows for business or residential use. There is a detached barn, with separate road access. It needs work but could be converted into a studio, storage, workshop, etc. per approval by the town CEO. It is a very sweet home with good energy.

No stone unturned, that's my philosophy!

I won't stop until I've made your dream happen and every step of the way will be filled with the energy and enthusiasm that sets me apart. I am dedicated to the process of finding a property that will reflect your life and personality. Listening and communication are very important to me and allow me to work effectively on your behalf. After all, I want you to enjoy this incredible area as much as I do with my family. And when it is all said and done, I want you to be my neighbor and friend so I want the process to be as thorough and honest as possible.

I grew up in a military family so we traveled quite a bit. My one constant was coming to Maine on breaks to visit family. I always knew this would be a place that I would return too in my adult life. I wanted a simpler way of living and I wanted to take advantage of all the wonderful things this area has to offer: hiking, biking, sailing, and skiing. 25 years ago, I made that move. After working in the corporate world for several years, I was ready for a another change. Scott Horty provided that when he approached me in 2005 to join his team. I haven’t looked back!

I feel strongly about having a voice in the community and making a contribution to where I live. I'm currently a member of the following: West Bay Rotary where I serve on the Cultural Exchange Program and Outreach Committee, Coastal Mountain Land Trust Outreach Program, a Board member for the Parents Association for the Maine School of Science and Math in Limestone, Maine where my daughter attends school, and I am a Board member for the Ragged Mountain Ski Club which raises funds to assist with various programs that support local kids/students skiing. I also am very involved with smaller committees and clubs that all have a role in helping this community. Past committee include the Camden/Rockport Pathways Committee, YouthArts, Camden/Rockport PTA Board, and the Peopleplace Cooperative Preschool Board. I know my way around and can assist you outside the scope of real estate in many ways.

When not selling real estate or volunteering, I am living my dream in Rockport with my husband and three very active daughters. Life is very good and I want you to experience it too.
