Albert I. Warren

Searsport — Albert I. Warren, 95, died July 12, 2020. Son of the late Leo and Marion Warren, he was raised in Jackson before heading out into the working world and soon after joining the Army. During Albert’s time in the Army, he was a tail gunner in a B24 bomber and was shot down three different times without a scratch, earning many Bronze Stars and commendations. Albert was also a Mason, a Shriner, a member of the Grange in Searsport and a member of the Searsport Methodist Church.

In addition to his parents, Albert was predeceased by brothers Walter,and Carroll Warren and a sister, Mildred King.

He is survived by a son, Joseph Warren, of Searsport; a daughter, Judith Warren, of Bangor; and a brother, Forrest Warren, of Belfast; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Memories and condolences may be shared on Albert’s page at ripostafh.com
