Erick Anderson, General Manager for the Collection added “We are already excited with the progress Andrea has made since her start to include the wonderful reveal of a new small plates menu in Vintage Room which included a full Thanksgiving Dinner this year that was very well received!”  He continued in stating “Andrea is focused on fresh ingredients as well as an expanded culinary experience than our previous menus; offering guests to Vintage Room more dinner options within her small plates selection.”
