Beatles-inspired film for teens at Belfast library

Belfast — On Friday, Jan. 24, at 2 p.m., Belfast Free Library, 106 High St., will be showing the movie "Yesterday" (2019, UK/Russia/China/Japan) as part of its Teen Movie Matinee program. The screening will be in the Abbott Room of the library, with complimentary popcorn.

In this feel-good film, a struggling musician (Himesh Patel) realizes he's the only person on Earth who can remember The Beatles after waking up in an alternate timeline where they never existed. The film is rated PG-13 and runs 1 hour, 56 minutes.
