Belfast — The Belfast Police Department reported one speeding violation, one registration violation and the following recent activity:

Nov. 13

James St. Pierre, 30, transient, summoned for domestic violence terrorizing.

Nov. 10

Wayne Parsons, 52, of Swanville, summoned for operating under the influence of drugs and operating after suspension.

Nov. 9

Thomas H. Bassler, 69, of Belmont, arrested and summoned for operating under the influence with one prior, operating after suspension, operating without a license in violation of condition or restriction, leaving the scene of a crash and violating conditions of release.

Nov. 8

David J. Birch, 43, of Bath, summoned for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Meisha Rice, 38, transient, arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a criminal trespass summons.

Nov. 4

Marissa Melton, 29, of Monroe, summoned for negotiating a worthless instrument.

Oct. 30

Krysta-Sky Sweetland, 21, of Franklin, summoned for theft of services and animals abandoned at animal care facility.

Robert N. Debeck, 21, of Franklin, summoned for theft of services and animals abandoned at animal care facility.
