Belfast — The Belfast Police Department reported one speeding violation and the following recent activity:
March 28
Devin J. O’Brien, 25, of Searsport, summoned for violating conditions of release, operating after suspension, driving to endanger and failure to stop for a police officer.
Samuel Paul Cook, 38, of Belfast, summoned for operating after suspension, imprudent speed, operating an unregistered vehicle and leaving the scene of a crash.
March 26
Donald H. Resh Jr., 46, of Searsport, summoned for unlawful possession of heroin with priors.
March 24
Tyler J. Cherry, 22, of Swanville, summoned for an expired license and attaching false plates.
March 22
Benjamin R. Pendleton, 32, of Stockton Springs, summoned for operating after suspension.
Elizabeth R. Evans, 31, of Augusta, summoned for operating after suspension and failure to register a vehicle.
