Town Office hours are Monday, 1-6 p.m., Tuesday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m., and Wednesday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. The board of Selectmen meets Tuesdays, 7-9 p.m. Code enforcement hours are Tuesday, 7-9 p.m., or by appointment. The town Office phone number is 342-5722, and the fax number is 342-2252. Code Enforcement is 632-4741.

Lincolnville Farmers' Market

With the string of rainy, drizzly Saturdays, the Farmers' market has moved indoors, probably until spring. Shop inside with coffee and tables available to sit and share the news with friends and neighbors. To go with your coffee there is an excellent selection of pie by the slice and other bakery sweets. Pie pumpkins and a selection of numerous squash types are available with various breads. Located in Lincolnville Center across from the old General Store, which is now undergoing renovations in preparation for a re-opening.

Election 2012

Nov. 6 polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Belmont Community Building at 613 Back Belmont Rd. Absentee ballot information can be obtained from Anita at 342-5722 during business hours. Note: The Belmont Town Office will be closed on Election Day to facilitate voting.

Craft fair

There will be a craft fair Nov. 17 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Belmont Community Building, 613 Back Belmont Rd. Table rental is $10 for a six-foot table. All crafters are welcome. Call Kristen at 342-5722 or 342-3305 to reserve a spot.
