The Marsh River Theater

Next up at the theater is the musical "James Joyce's The Dead" a show set in 1904 Ireland at an annual Christmas party, where everyone sings and dances. The show is more a play with music, and Christmas is not its theme, but rather a look at the lives of the Irish at that time. James Joyce was very critical of his people in a time when Great Britain still ruled the country.  filled with some great music, the Tony Award winning show that runs about 2 hours is a good time for the whole family.  The show dates are October 20, 21, 27 and 28 at 7:30. call the box office for tickets at 722-4110.
