Unity — Capitol City Improv, a comedy troupe that has earned rave reviews, will come to the Unity College Center for Performing Arts, 42 Depot St., for an interactive evening Saturday, March 18, at 7 p.m.

Founder Dennis Price studied and performed improvisation in Chicago with The Second City and IO Theater (formerly ImprovOlympic). Since coming to Maine in 1998, he has worked as an actor, performer, improviser, teacher and director. Price worked with the Theater at Monmouth for 12 years, and also was seen at the Penobscot Theater in Bangor and The Public Theater in Lewiston.

During the summer, Price performs with ImprovAcadia in Bar Harbor. At Unity College, one-of-a-kind comedy will be createwd from audience suggestions and help, so a wild time is in store for all attendees.

Tickets are $15, available at the door and online at Headed to the UCCPA are: acoustic roots trio Hilton Park, Friday, March 24, at 7 p.m. ($15); and the popular Elton John tribute Yellowbrick Road Saturday, March 25, at 7 p.m. ($15).
