Celebrate ‘Titanic’ 20th at Colonial

So it might be a tad cold for this “Titanic” costuming, but just about anything else goes for the Nov. 20th Our Town Belfast Movie Night.

Belfast — Our Town Belfast invites the community to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the major motion picture “Titanic” Monday night, Nov. 20, at the Colonial Theatre, 163 High St. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m.

This special Movie Night offers a fun opportunity to dress fancy and gather with friends to sail into the holiday season. Whether that style is first class, steerage or donning a life jacket, guests are encouraged to come dressed for the occasion. The Colonial Theatre opened on April 12, 1912, the same day the Titanic set sail, making it the ideal historic setting to relive this epic blockbuster.

Admission will be $10 (cash only) at the door. Proceeds from the screening fundraiser will support Our Town Belfast’s mission to promote economic health and human happiness in historic downtown Belfast.
