Belfast — Meghan Clark, 17-year-old Maine recording artist, will perform during the Spring Glam open house Saturday, April 21, at iConcepta Boutique, 45 Searsport Ave./Route 1 (next to Perry's Nut House).

Clark was only 14 when she first recorded an album with Nashville producer, Beau Fuller. Over the past few years, she has done numerous shows such as opening for LeAnn Rimes, Aaron Tipin and John Anderson; and pre-parties for the Dixie Chicks and Toby Keith, as well as performing the National Anthem at the Maine State House. Clark's music is a soulful pop/rock mixed with indie and small country/pop touches.

"I think it's an honor to have Meghan with us as she represents exactly what the boutique's campaign is about, and that's to inspire other young girls, said owner Concepta, a recording artist in her own right. “My boutique is more than just cute clothes. I see it as a platform, and what better way to use it than by showcasing young talent like Meghan."

The open house re-opens the boutique at noon; Clark’s concert begins at 1 p.m. There will be refreshments and giveaways during the day; for more information, visit iconceptaboutique.com. To learn more about Clark and her music, visit meghanclarkmusic.com and check out her official Facebook page.
