Co-op offers gift cards to unopened downtown shops

May 19, 2020

Belfast — Belfast Co-op has arranged to sell a selection of $20 gift cards for some its downtown neighbors whose establishments are not yet open.

"The Belfast Co-op is proud to support our fellow downtown businesses as best we are able during this crisis," the store has posted on its website at https://belfast.coop/support-our-downtown/.

Simply purchase a gift card from your cashier at the Co-op or add it to your online grocery order through “Shop for Me.” The Co-op charges no fee. "We want us all to make it through this together," it says.
