Concrete art at Belfast Art Market

Jun 08, 2018
Bret Lowe’s concrete sculptures are part of this summer’s Belfast Art Market.

Belfast — The Belfast Art Market takes place every Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through August on the lawn at Waterfall Arts, 256 High St., alongside the Farmer’s Market. The art center’s galleries are open at the same time.

There many new juried artists, offering high quality handcrafted and locally made products. Featured artist June 15 is Bret Lowe, who makes a variety of concrete garden sculptures and planters, from moose to Buddhas, priced affordably.

Bret Lowe's concrete garden sculptures are indeed wonderful (and reasonably priced).  Last year I bought a couple and yesterday, June 8, I bought several more. Bret is also a nice guy to chat with!
