As gymnasiums and fitness centers remain closed due to the continued health concerns from the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, those who exercise or work out as part of their daily/weekly fitness/health routine have been left in a bit of a bind.

So what have you done to fill the void? Create a home gym or make-shift workout area? Did you already work out at home previously and the new norm is your usual norm?

Have you come up with creative ways to continue to work out at home — like doing situps or pushups with your young children lying on you for extra weight resistance?

Well, we are looking for photos and videos of you working out from home. They can be serious or funny, but share them with us (and perhaps, many others).

If you want to show off your hard work, or creative fitness style and workout areas, email your photos and videos to sports@villagesoup.com.

So, send us your photos and videos of working out at home. We may publish the photos and videos received.

With a submission, give us the name, age and city/town of person(s) and what people are doing in the photos and videos. Also let us know who took the photo/video so we can give them credit.

Courier Publications' sports staff can be reached by email at sports@villagesoup.com or by phone at 594-4401.
