(Free).  Looking forward to seeing some new faces so won’t you join us in the fun and two hours of relaxation

Veterans Day:

Saturday, November 11 we will be holding our usual services at the Memorial Park.  We have a wall with pictures of veterans from all branches of the service that we are proud to display.  This year I am asking the residents of Freedom to submit not only a photo of a Freedom resident Veteran, but a photo of any Freedom resident FAMILY member.  It is our way to give thanks to them serving our country. You can drop it off at the Town Office during open office hours.

The services will be held at the Veterans Memorial Park on Pleasant Street next to the church.  It will start at 11:00 a.m. sharp, on November 11 and the bells will toll the eleventh hour.  Tyler Charles Hadyniak will be MC for the program, the Chordsmen will sing, there will be music and Roy Ward, a WW11 Veteran will celebrate his 98 year young birthday.  Refreshments will be served in the church basement.  We hope to see many there because it is on a Saturday.

Voice of Freedom:

Last week Tyler and I attended the Tony Bennett Concert in Portland and the Barry Manalow concert at the TD Garden in Boston.  It was a mini vacation for me being able to spend five days  with my grandsons together and one on one. We also had dinner one evening with Mariah, Lynn and a friend from New York.  It was a fun time.

Until next week, stay safe, stay well and enjoy the fall weather and the foliage.
