"Makeshift Coffeehouse" at the Freedom Grange, Thursday, Feb 8, 6:00-8:30 p.m.

In this time, of seemingly vast political divides, this is a chance to contribute your feelings on the subject as well as be able to listen to those with whom you may not agree. Craig Freshley of Good Group Decisions, Inc., does a great job of keeping it all moving, fun and productive. These Coffeehouse events are best when there is a wide range of political views on hand...so bring a friend or neighbor along with whom you don't always see eye to eye on issues! We'll focus on "Government Spending," but it's really a chance to dig into the political divide in general.

They'll be coffee, snacks and some live music. It should be fun! And it's free of charge.

Crafting, knitting, crocheting, cross stitching etc.

Every Tuesday the S & B Girls will be meeting at the Town Office starting a2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. We do all kinds of crocheting, knitting, stitching and or crafts.  Anyone can come on down and join us, learn how to do what is of interest to you and join in the fun.  Every week books are available for your taking to choose from for patterns and instructions of anything you may want to do.  The books are donated and they are yours for the taking. (Free).  Looking forward to seeing some new faces so won’t you join us in the fun and two hours of relaxation?

Happy Birthday to my daughter in law Lynn who will be celebrating her birthday in a very special way with her family and friends.  Wishing you many more years of happiness filled with love, good health and joy!  Lynn’s special day is on Valentine’s Day.  She will receive twice as many gifts.  Lucky girl!

Also celebrating his birthday on Valentine’s Day is Daddy Clint Spaulding. He celebrates his special day with his large family and one can say every day in the Spaulding household is a special celebration.  Happy Birthday Clint enjoy your special day!

We are still experiencing frigid temperatures, snow and ice.
