First Course House made pate de campagne, Tomme de Savoie and Petit Basque cheeses from Eat More Cheese in Belfast, cornichon, grainy mustard and baguette

Wine Pairing: Domaine Saint-Peyre Syrah Rose Dry and crisp with bright melon and strawberry fruit and a long finish.

Second Course Salad Niscoise with seared fresh tuna, potatoes, green beans, olives and tomatoes

Wine Pairing: Chateau de Calce Cotes du Roussillon Complex with a velvety texture, aromas of leather and ripe fruit and an agreeable finish.

Third Course Cassoulet with duck confit, garlic sausage made with local pork from the Belfast Co Op, Serrano ham and buttered bread crumbs

Wine Pairing: Chateau de Flaugergues Cuvee Sommeliere Cherry and plum on the nose, vibrant fruit on the palate with a touch of herbs and pepper on the finish.

Dessert Cherry Almond Clafoutis
